Additional Complaining, no I don't usually do this stuff

So I'm not the one to complain about website designs, I usually try to embrace it as fast as I can and move on since it will probably be there for a while.

That said... the banners are ridiculous. (I use Chrome if it is different for anyone else). The top banner takes me to the Front Page, just like the good 'ol Jalopnik used to do.

Silly me, I clicked on the second, lower, larger banner with the hopes of the same thing happening. Makes sense, right? Wrong, I go to the Jalopnik "about" page with a few scribbles about the staff. Really guys? How about you just add an "about Jalopnik" link at the bottom of the webpage like the rest of the interwebz? Why would you have such a big icon take you to something like that?

Ok rant over... time to figure out a way to deal with this one...

Wow, not 5 minutes later I don't have the second, superfluous banner on the front page. Ok, I'll just ride out the storm for the next 24 hours and see what Kinja settles on...
